  I am a worker who's phone was near dead and without a charger a hour plus away from home. Gary, one of your workers, took excellent and professional care of me and charged my phone. Gary was happy to confidently fix my issue in a caring fashion.

  Greeted when I came in. I was immediately asked what they could do for me. I had service, technical, and billing questions and the team there was very knowledgeable. Every employee knew what they were doing and was fast. Better than any other third party Verizon store I've ever been in. It was the fastest easiest experience with Verizon at all. And by the end they found discounts on my account and had an inexpensive battery pack I bought with a really good warranty. Definitely recommend this store. Even the store manager was polite and came to check in on me.
